Just because your guests have a gluten allergy or sensitivity doesn’t mean they can’t enjoy a wide variety of foods. A large portion of Canadians are on a gluten-free diet and restaurants are keeping up with this growing demand. Gluten-free diets now appear on 26% of Canadian restaurant menus.

While there are many naturally gluten-free foods, many people with this allergy miss the comforts of baked goods, pizzas and snack foods.
