Sysco is transitioning all U.S. Broadline operations to a Centralized Customer Care center.
The new centralized model has already shown the value of having a single point of contact and resolution for customer service needs. Centralized Customer Care is now supporting twenty-five Sysco Operating Companies, and delivering more consistent, efficient service to thousands of customers, even considering high call volumes caused by COVID-19.
Due to this success, and given the current challenging business environment, the plan is to transition all OpCos to Centralized Customer Care by April 25.
When you need assistance with you orders, invoices, deliveries and more, Sysco Customer Care is there for you (all times CST):

Mon–Fri: 6 am – 9:30 pm

Sat: 7 am – 5:30 pm

Sun: 9 am – 9:30 pm

Each customer location will be notified by their local Sysco Operating Company regarding the timeline for the transition, and their Sysco National Accounts Representative will continue to provide updates.
