It's been four months since the launch of Le Fooding's first-ever guide to Belgium, and what a journey it has been! As a key sponsor, we at Entegra have been thrilled to see the guide come to life, gaining recognition and appreciation from food enthusiasts across the globe.
The launch took place at the Albert restaurant in Brussels, a location renowned for its panoramic views from the fifth floor of the Royal Library of Belgium. It was a splendid evening that saw the most ardent food lovers of the town gathering to celebrate the unveiling of this gastronomic milestone.
We proudly sponsored one of the standout dishes of the evening: a delightful combo of snails, garlic, and spring onions. This dish perfectly encapsulated the culinary prowess of Albert's chefs and our commitment to providing top-quality ingredients.
Now, four months later, we're excited to announce that the Le Fooding Belgium guide is officially launched and available for purchase. It features 400 establishments across Belgium, including ingenious restaurants, author bars, stylish bedrooms, and more.
